Our lives are comprised of a series of experiences that weave together to create a unique story we call our own. How, when, and where we choose to consciously participate in this story, and our ability to find joy in every moment, is directly connected with the flow of our own energy. When your energy has continuity, you are more likely to ride the higher frequencies and look for what is positive in life; when the flow is weak or stagnant, the tendency is to miss opportunities and look for negativity in your life.

Consciousness is continuous, timeless, unending. Yet, this does not mean it is permanent. The nature of consciousness is to change from moment to moment; the continuity of each moment giving us a chance to experience life as a ceaseless flow. Harijiwan and I will return to India October 15-27, 2010, to continue our quest to collect energy. We invite you to join us for another great adventure into the vast unknown of this mysteriously moving country, as we delve deeper into the limitless expanse of continuous consciousness.

We begin our journey in Amritsar, home of the majestic Golden Temple, where you can bathe in the blessed waters and meditate within ancient walls that have absorbed hundreds of years of sacred chanting and prayers. You will also have the opportunity to visit Goindwal where the 84 steps to liberation reside. Next we travel to the renowned hill station McCleod Ganj in Dharamsala, residence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Part of the Kangra Valley, McCleod Ganj’s charming, narrow streets lined with shops, cafes, local vendors, monks, school children and international travelers are usurped only by the elevating, all enveloping energy of His Holiness and the surrounding beauty of the Himalayas. Our final destination before returning to Amritsar is the Palampur Valley. Here we will enjoy long walks through winding villages, visit nearby temples and monasteries, and hike along the trails of her noble mountains. Throughout our travels you will have the choice to share in daily yoga and meditation, group meals and other activities.

Our yatras are intended to provide an opportunity for you to increase your energy within the context of mystical, high frequency environments. It is Harijiwan’s and my sincerest wish that you return from India with more energy than when you arrived and gain a clearer sense of how your life can flow with greater ease and joyfulness.
