The KRI Level 2 Authentic Relationships course is about improving the quality of how you experience your life. By transforming your own consciousness, you increase your awareness of how your own energy moves through you and in relation with others. This recognition of the energetic dynamics of all relationships gives you the capacity to interact with your own flow of energy and move it in a positive, more harmonious direction.

How you relate in the world consists of you sending relays of energy to people, places and things and receiving relays of energy from people, places and things. If the energy being transmitted is of a high frequency we experience the positive current of joy in our lives. But, we have not been taught how to recognize, receive and generate high frequency energy: we are habituated to entangling ourselves in subconscious emotional, commotional patterns within ourselves, our environments, and with others.

The Level 2 Authentic Relationships course can help you learn how to identify which frequency you are transmitting from, a place of Infinite expansion or subconscious limitation, and how to recognize when you are broadcasting negative subconscious thought forms that magnetically attract the same, often amplified forms. Each of the six days are designed to awaken untapped energy, so you can generate the pranic strength that allows you to release old, debilitating thought projections and communicate from a clearer, more elevated space.

Authentic relationships begin when you accept the natural polarities that exist in your Self, and in others, and learn to approach them creatively without resistance or fear. Authentic relationships support and complement each other. Harijiwan has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 1975. He possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of yoga, meditation and the sacred science of mantra. For many years he directly served his teacher, Yogi Bhajan, while traveling the world extensively with him. Today, and throughout his years as a teacher, Harijiwan remains committed to expanding his knowledge and experience to provide students with the most progressive, effective and self-empowering applications of this technology. Tej Kaur has been a student of Yogi Bhajan for over 30 years. She is the Custodian of the Archives of the Teachings of Yogi Bhajan and a recognized authority on the teachings. She has been involved in numerous Yogi Bhajan publications as transcriber, editor and compiler including the Woman's Camp Series, "72 Stories of God, Good and Goods," and "The Master's
Touch." She holds a Masters Degree in Counseling and for many years worked on Yogi Bhajan's correspondence during which she received extensive training from him on yogic counseling. Her classes are occasions to enjoy deep meditative experiences and gain unlimited amounts of yogic knowledge.

Yogi Bhajan, the Mahan Tantric Kundalini Yoga Master, taught in the West for 35 years. His teachings have been codified and synthesized into a comprehensive Level One Teacher Training course.
